The
Quest: If your quest is
to lower cost, reduce down
time and raise the level of
safety on your next project,
then you need to be on the
path to Clean-Co Systems,
Inc. Based in Houston, Texas,
Clean-Co Systems, Inc. is
a real world company that
can deliver on all of their
promises and the reality is
they can prove it.
The quest begins
with Clean-Co Systems Multi-Phase
Hydroblaster (MPH). The MPH
is a patented cleaning and
cutting system that combines
high pressure water and a
special injector with NA-184,
a stable hydrolyzed ionic
water hardener. The system
creates a soft abrasive from
the water that will evaporate
after use, leaving no residue.
What
makes the system unique is
its versatility. The Multi-Phase
Hydroblaster can transition
from stripping paint and cleaning
product scales and residues
from equipment, to cutting
high density polymer plastic
out of a reactor. This is
where you get to lower cost,
one piece of equipment, one
contractor, one team of multi-skilled
technicians and several applications
of the system. Another application
of the MPH is safely cleaning
flat surfaces and decks with
the NLB Corp. Vortex spin
jet attachment. The Vortex
is a lawn mower style high-pressure
surface cleaner with a vacuum
recovery port for environmentally
safe operation. Clean-Co even
has the Vacuum Truck Service
to go with it. The surface
is evenly cleaned to like-new
status without the dangers
of debris flying from conventional
wand blasting. Now you're
reducing down time and being
safer doing it.
Safety:
Clean-Co Systems can even
use the Multi-Phase Hydroblaster
to perform abrasive water
cutting. They recently completed
a cold cut into the side of
an oil storage tank. The steel
plate was over an inch thick
and the section cut from the
tank was at least 12'x12'.
For obvious reasons, a torch
could not be used and a safer
approach had to be utilized.
The safe cutting power of
the system can also be realized
when removing high density
polymer plastic from inside
a reactor. Some facilities
have resorted to chain saws,
pick ax, and chisels. That
sounds like a safety incident
just waiting to happen.
Prove
it! Where's the proof
you ask? The proof is not
only in the many satisfied
customers that have experienced
the benefits of the Multi-Phase
Hydroblaster, but also in
the video taped demonstration
preformed for the Atofina
Polymers Plant in Deer Park,
Texas. The maintenance department
had heard about the patented
cutting process and wanted
to see it work on their plastic.
Clean-Co Systems was eager
to show Atofina and the Austin
Industrial maintenance managers
an example of the versatile
system. The maintenance group
had a six-foot long by thirty-six
inch wide by twenty two-inch
thick piece of high-density
polymer waiting for the crew.
The hydroblast technician
began cutting the block in
half using 40,000 psi and
was making impressive headway
when one of the managers wanted
to see something different.
He described how they have
to go through small windows
in the units to get to the
hardened plastic and wanted
to see how well the system
would cut an eight-inch by
twelve-inch window. It didn't
take much time at all and
everyone watching was very
impressed. The technician
then completed cutting the
block in half. Once complete,
the group moved to another
area and witnessed the surface
cleaning ability of the Vortex
high pressure cleaner on concrete.
It turned the surface of a
black, asphalt like loading
area into a gleaming concrete
surface. In addition to the
video demonstration at Atofina,
Clean-Co Systems has coverage
of cold cutting an access
opening in an oil storage
tank that can be viewed online
at www.AIMWebCast.com. Also
for viewing is the new Gap-Vax
vacuum truck Clean-Co Systems
has recently added to its
arsenal of industrial cleaning
equipment to better service
their customers. For additional
